Below two examples of use cases:fraudListElementType = PAN fraudListElementValue contains a list of card numbers. fraudListElementType = TRANSACTION_ID fraudListElementValue contains a list of pairs (transactionId – transactionDate) in the following form: transactionId”@”transactionDate (example: 123987@20180919).
